Return and Refund Policy

At Muddy Mermaid of Maine, LLC, we strive to deliver high quality products and exceptional customer care and look forward to hearing from you regarding any concern you may have.  Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

To return your shipment, please contact our customer service department via "chat now", "contact us", or email crafters@muddymermaidmaine.com with name and order number. You may be responsible for return shipping charges. Please understand that we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on items or products that did not satisfy your needs after use. In the event of defective product(s), kindly reach out to us for a resolution within 14 days from purchase date.  When you place an order for any product(s) using the Website, we will ship the product(s) to the address designated by you. Risk of loss and title for the product(s) pass to you upon delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.

For order or shipping issues, please contact our customer service department via "chat now", "contact us", or email craffters@muddymermaidmaine.com with your name and order number. We will work with you to correct the issue. In some cases, our shipping carriers show that a delivery was completed, but a customer doesn't find their products. We do not guarantee a replacement in this scenario, but we do want to help you. Please contact our customer service team. 

Please keep in mind that colors appear differently on different computer monitors and mobile devices. While we strive to accurately show our beautiful color palette online, differences may occur based on the make and model of your computer monitor or mobile device. 

Damaged Product: For product that has arrived damaged, kindly contact us with a photo of the damaged product, along with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement order. 

Promotions with Gift Cards: In the case that a customer receives a gift card as part of a promotion and then returns any product that qualified them for that gift card promotion, a refund less the value of the gift card they received may be offered.
